Generally covers the following moves and skills: Forward skating width of rink, forward one-foot glide (ankle height, hold for 3+ seconds), forward swizzles (4+ in a row), forward stop with skid, forward two-foot curves, backwards skating with back stop, backwards swizzles (2-3 in a row), beginning backwards 1-foot glide, identify edges.
Skate rental included in fee. Helmet and gloves are highly recommended for all classes. Please check in at front desk prior to each class.
