Eligibility

Age older than or equal to 5.00 and younger than or equal to 18.00. The date used for calculating the age is Item Begin Date.

Seal Monday - Thursday

Seal: Intermediate level. Skills taught include water safety, rhythmic breathing with free style, breast stroke, back stroke, racing dive, and treading water for 1 minute. Class is held in competition pool in depths up to 12-15 feet deep.
Sailfish: Advanced level. Swimmers work on all strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly), and perfecting the racing dive. Class is held in competition pool in depths up to 12 to 15 feet deep.
Swimmers will be divided into the appropriate skill level during lessons.
