Generally covers the following moves and skills: Forward crossovers, backward one-foot swizzles, two-foot spin (3+ rotations), beginning outside 3-turns, bunny hop, forward inside and outside edges, spiral (hip height), backward one-foot glide.
Skate rental included in fee. Helmet and gloves are required for hockey classes and highly recommended for all other classes. Please check in with front desk upon arrival for class.
