Generally covers the following moves and skills: Forward skating width of rink, forward one-foot glide (ankle height, hold for 3+ seconds), forward swizzles (4+ in a row), forward stop with skid, forward two-foot curves, backwards skating with back stop, backwards swizzles (2-3 in a row), beginning backwards 1-foot glide, identify edges.
Skate rental included in fee. Helmet and gloves are required for hockey classes and highly recommended for all other classes. Please check in at front desk prior to each class.
