Generally covers the following moves and skills: Skate followed by a long glide, dip while moving, two-foot hop, forward swizzles (2-3 in a row), forward stop, backward wiggles (6 in a row), beginning 1-foot glide.

Generally covers the following moves and skills: Forward skating width of rink, forward one-foot glide (ankle height, hold for 3+ seconds), forward swizzles (4+ in a row), forward stop with skid, forward two-foot curves, backwards skating with back stop, backwards swizzles (2-3 in a row), beginning backwards 1-foot glide, identify edges.

Generally covers the following moves and skills: Entry level class for 6 and up with no experience. Proper falling and standing, identify edges, skate width of rink, forward swizzles, snowplow stop, dip, two foot glide.

Generally covers the following moves and skills: Forward two-foot to one-foot glide, accelerating forward swizzles, backward swizzles, back stop, two-foot turns in place, snowplow stop with skid.

Generally covers the following moves and skills: Forward stroking, forward one-foot swizzles, T-push, introduction to T-stop, forward one-foot glide, forward two-foot turns while moving, beginning two-foot spin, beginning spiral (R & L), backwards two-foot glide.

Generally covers the following moves and skills: Forward crossovers, backward one-foot swizzles, two-foot spin (3+ rotations), beginning outside 3-turns, bunny hop, forward inside and outside edges, spiral (hip height), backward one-foot glide.

Generally covers the following moves and skills: Backward stance, full stride forward skating, 1 foot glides, backward hustle, back swizzles, glide turns, beginning hockey stop, drills. Helmet, gloves, knee, and elbow protection required. Full hockey equipment recommended. No sticks, skating only.

Ages 12 months-3 years. Swimmers with little or no experience will be taught water safety, floating, kicking, arm strokes, blowing bubbles, and object recovery. Parent is in water with child. Class takes place in the family pool in 3-4 feet of water. No Class on June 31st - July 5th

Ages 2.5-4 years. For participants with little or no experience. Skills taught include water safety, floating, bubbling, kicking, arm strokes and object recovery. Child needs to easily separate from parent. Class takes place in Family pool in 4 feet of water. No Class on June 31st - July 5th.

Ages 4-6 years. For participants who have completed Sea Horse or can put their face in the water for at least three seconds. Skills taught include water safety, front kicking, object recovery, bobbing, back float, front crawl and intro to using a kick board. Class takes place in the Family Pool with a 2 foot ledge and up to 4 feet deep. No Class on June 31st - July 5th.
