Generally covers the following moves and skills: Entry level class for 4-6 year olds (Pre K) with no experience. Sit and stand up with skates (on and off ice), march in place, skate forward (8-10 steps), skate then glide on two feet with ankles upright, dip in place.

Generally covers the following moves and skills: Skate followed by a long glide, dip while moving, two-foot hop, forward swizzles (2-3 in a row), forward stop, backward wiggles (6 in a row), beginning 1-foot glide.

Generally covers the following moves and skills: Forward skating width of rink, forward one-foot glide (ankle height, hold for 3+ seconds), forward swizzles (4+ in a row), forward stop with skid, forward two-foot curves, backwards skating with back stop, backwards swizzles (2-3 in a row), beginning backwards 1-foot glide, identify edges.

Entry level class for 6 and up with no experience. Proper falling and standing (on and off ice), identify edges, skate width of rink, forward swizzles, forward two foot glide, dip, beginning snowplow stop, backward two foot glide.

Forward one-foot glide (right and left), backward swizzles or wiggles to glide, snowplow stop with skid, scooter pushes (right and left) forward two foot curves, forward to backward two foot turns in place (CW and CCW), accelerating forward swizzles.

Beginner forward stroking, forward one foot swizzle pumps on circle, forward to backward moving two foot turns on circle, backward snowplow stop (right and left), forward slalom, T push, beginning backward one foot glide. Bonus: FI pivots, beginning two foot spin.

Forward crossovers, backward one foot swizzle pumps on circle, forward outside and inside edges on circle, backward one foot glides (right and left), two foot spin (2+rev), beginning FO3s, lunge (right and left), FI pivot (right and left).
Backward crossovers, BO/BI edges on circle, spiral (hip height), beginning one foot spin, FO 3 turns, beginning FI 3 turns, backward stroking, bunny hop.

One foot spin (2-4 rev), forward C-Step (right and left), FI 3 turns (right and left), T-Stop (right and left), side toe hop (right and left), hockey stop, BO to FO edge transition on circle (CW and CCW). Bonus: shoot the duck.
Waltz jump, half flip jump, beginning scratch spin, backward crossovers to landing position (CW and CCW), beginning backward lunge, beginning backward spiral, Bonus: salchow.

Hockey 1: (Ages 6-12) Forward skating with full strides, forward one foot glides, backward swizzles, backward c-cuts, two foot tight turns, introduction to hockey stops, forward one foot swizzles, crossovers, pivots (forward to backwards and backwards to forward), quick starts. Full hockey equipment recommended for this class. No sticks.
Hockey 2: (Ages 6-12) Forward and backward c-cuts and crossovers, hockey turns, slalom, forward stop and starts, backward V stop, mohawks, hockey stops, back 1 foot glide, skating drills. Full hockey equipment recommended for this class. No sticks.
Hockey, Pre-K: (Ages 4-6) Must have passed Pre-K 1 and Pre-K 2, or equivalent experience. Introduction to V starts, two foot stops, crossovers, tight turns, backwards skating, backward c-cuts, forward to backward and backward to forwards pivots. Full hockey equipment recommended for this class. No sticks.

Curriculum will depend on skill level of participating skaters. Class includes but not limited to: forward and backward skating, stopping, crossovers, turns, spins, and jumps.
