All participants voluntarily withdrawing from a program must send a request in writing or email. All refunds will be assessed a service charge. Participants that cancel voluntarily less than two weeks prior to the start of the program may only receive a partial or prorated refund based on the type of program. Any requests for refunds related to camp, contact the Camp Program Manager directly for details.
