Looking for the coolest (and easiest!) party under the summer sun? Our parties include 15 all-day admissions with flexible arrival time, party tables for an hour and a half and permission to bring a cake into the Aquatic Center!
Party area can be reserved during one of the following times: 12:30 - 2:00 p.m., 3:00 - 4:30 p.m., 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Parties are available - 5/24/2024-8/10/2025
Residents: $120 $8 for each additional guest
Non-Residents: $200 $14 for each additional guest
Season Pass Holders: $70 $6 each additional guest
An additional “clean up” fee will be charged if area is not clear of food and trash at the end of your rental.
Max of 30 people per party.

The West Gym is located on the first floor of the Community Center, and works well for parties and meetings that need more space. It has 70 8ft rectangle tables and 360 chairs. You set the tables and chairs up and break them down yourself. Includes access to a kitchen, with icemaker, refrigerator, microwave, sink and warming rack.

The West Gym is located on the first floor of the Community Center, and works well for sports practices (2 volleyball courts, 1 Full Court Basketball) Basketball/Volleyball rentals only include chairs needed for sidelines and a table if needed for scorekeeping.

This lighted pavilion is located in Emmenegger Nature Park, 11991 Stoneywood Dr. This Pavilion has 20 tables with a maximum capacity of 150 people. There is a BBQ grill, electricity, and restroom facilities nearby. There are 4 duplex outlets (8 sockets). All 8 are powered by a single 20amp breaker.

This lighted pavilion is located in the eastern portion of Kirkwood Park near the Tennis Courts and Playground and was built in 2010. This Pavilion has 20 tables with a maximum capacity of 150 people. There are 2-3x3 foot BBQ grills, 4 outlets, and restroom facilities nearby. This pavilion sits adjacent to the Lions’ Pavilion, and both can be booked together to handle larger groups

This Pavilion has 20 tables with a maximum capacity of 150 people. There are 2-3x3 foot BBQ grills, 4 outlets, and restroom facilities are located nearby. The pavilion sits adjacent to the Sugar Creek Ridge Pavilion, and both can be booked together to accommodate larger groups.

Located in the western portion of Kirkwood Park near Amphitheater Drive. This pavilion has 15 tables with a maximum capacity of 120 people. There are 2 sets of outlets, a 3x3 foot BBQ grill, water fountain and restroom facilities nearby.
