Looking for the coolest (and easiest!) party under the summer sun? Our parties include 15 all-day admissions with flexible arrival time, party tables for an hour and a half and permission to bring a cake into the Aquatic Center! 12:30 - 2:00pm, 3:00 - 4:30pm, 5:30 - 7:00pm.

Season Pass Holders: $80 $6 each additional guest
Residents: $120 $8 for each additional guest
Non-Residents: $255 $15 for each additional guest
An additional “clean up” fee will be charged if the area is not cleared of food and trash at the end of your rental. Max of 30 people per party.

The East Gym is located on the first floor of the Community Center, and works well for parties and meetings that need more space. It has 30 8ft rectangle tables and 160 chairs. You set the tables and chairs up and break them down yourself. Includes access to a small kitchenette.

The West Gym is located on the first floor of the Community Center, and works well for parties and meetings that need more space. It has 70 8ft rectangle tables and 360 chairs. You set the tables and chairs up and break them down yourself. Includes access to a kitchenette, with icemaker, refrigerator, microwave, sink and warming rack.

The West Gym is located on the first floor of the Community Center, and works well for sports practices (2 volleyball courts, 1 Full Court Basketball) Basketball/Volleyball rentals only include chairs needed for sidelines and a table if needed for scorekeeping.

The Third Floor of the Kirkwood Community Center is perfect for larger showers, parties, and meetings requiring extra space. It features 20 eight-foot rectangular tables and 100 chairs. Enjoy a complimentary 30-minute set-up and breakdown period before and after your event. Please note, guests are responsible for setting up and breaking down the tables and chairs.

This space also includes a catering kitchen with a full-sized fridge, warming cabinet, and extra counter space, along with private restrooms for your group’s convenience.

Activity Room 1 is ideal for small showers, birthday parties, and meetings. The room is equipped with 12 six-foot rectangular tables and 40 chairs. Enjoy the convenience of a complimentary 30-minute set-up and breakdown time before and after your rental. Please note that guests are responsible for setting up and breaking down the tables and chairs themselves.

The Movement Studio at the Kirkwood Community Center is the ideal space for exercise classes, dance practices, and theater rehearsals. With a keyboard and a full wall of mirrors, it's designed to support your creative and fitness needs. Please note, this room is an open space without tables, chairs, or kitchen access, allowing for maximum flexibility and movement. For the protection of the rehearsal space and to maintain appropriate sound levels, tap shoes are not permitted in the studio during rehearsals. Thank you for your cooperation.

The East Gym is located on the first floor of the Community Center, and works well for sports practices (1 volleyball court, 1 Pickleball Court) rentals only include chairs needed for sidelines and a table if needed for scorekeeping. There is currently no basketball available in this gym.

This lighted pavilion is located in Emmenegger Nature Park, 11991 Stoneywood Dr. This Pavilion has 20 tables with a maximum capacity of 150 people. There is a BBQ grill, electricity, and restroom facilities nearby. There are 4 duplex outlets (8 sockets). All 8 are powered by a single 20amp breaker.

This lighted pavilion is located in the eastern portion of Kirkwood Park near the Tennis Courts and Playground and was built in 2010. This Pavilion has 14 tables with a maximum capacity of 150 people. There are 2-3x3 foot BBQ grills, 4 outlets, and restroom facilities nearby. This pavilion sits adjacent to the Lions’ Pavilion, and both can be booked together to handle larger groups

Located in the western portion of Kirkwood Park near Amphitheater Drive. This pavilion has 15 tables with a maximum capacity of 120 people. There are 2 sets of outlets, a 3x3 foot BBQ grill, water fountain and restroom facilities nearby.

This open picnic site, located by the water tower parking lot, has picnic tables for up to 150 people, a BBQ grill and a trash can.
